Should be grateful for indication when I may expect reply to above despatch including in perticular appreciation of Colony's financial prospects over next five years referred to ip paragraph 4. I recognise difficulties involved in preparing such an appreciation at this date when there are so many uncertain factors and also that conclusions reached must be tentativo, Nevertheless it would be of assistance if I could receive by 31st December by telegram a short eummary of the satimated financial position over the next fow years, and if a more detailed appreciation could follow by air mail.
